玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料与铝合金薄板自冲铆接实验研究
Experimental Study on Self-piercing Riveting Process of Glass Fiber Reinforced Resin Matrix Composites and Aluminum Alloy Sheet

Abstract
To study the mechanical properties and failure modes of self-piercing rivet joints for glass fiber-reinforced resin matrix composites(GFRP)and aluminum alloy,self-piercing riveting experiments of resin matrix composites and aluminum alloy sheets were carried out.The mechanical properties of the joints were tested by tensile shear tests.The damage of the composites was observed by optical microscopy,and the mechanical properties and failure modes of the joints under tensile load were obtained.The results show that the penetration rates of the rivet has a great influence on the mechanical properties and failure mode of the joint.The composite sheet around the joint has obvious damage.The self-piercing riveting process can realize the effective joining of GFRP and aluminum alloy sheets.The study provides a reference for the joining of GFRP and aluminum alloy.关键词
