Abstract

By evaluating the uncertainty of the determination of three typical phthalates in plastic products used in food contact,the accuracy of inspection and detection data was ensured.According to GB 31604.30-2016,the content of three typical phthalates in the sample was measured and analyzed to determine the sources of uncertainty in the detection results.The uncertainty of the main influencing factors was calculated through mathematical models,and the expanded uncertainty of the detection results of three typical phthalates in plastic products in contact with food was summarized.GB 31604.30-2016 was used to determine the content of three typical phthalates in plastic products.The main influencing factors of uncertainty were the preparation process of standard solutions,fitting of standard curves,and instruments.In the measurement process of three typical phthalate esters,the largest influencing factor was the relative standard uncertainty introduced during the fitting of the calibration curve,with 0.032 5 for DIBP,0.030 3 for DBP,and 0.028 2 for DEHP.The accuracy of inspection and detection data can be ensured by improving the operational ability of experimental personnel,selecting appropriate concentration points of standard working solutions,and performing instrument maintenance.
