Development Strategies of Railway Transportation Dispatching Modernization
摘要
Abstract
The railway transportation dispatching system faces new circumstances and challenges,including increasingly frequent and severe extreme weather events,tight capacity in critical areas,and intensified fluctuations in the freight market.By proactively adopting multiple measures,it has achieved sustained and stable dispatching safety,scientifically effective passenger transport supply,and consistent annual growth in freight volume.By analyzing the innovative practices and shortcomings in areas such as the new concept of safety development,enhancing passenger travel experiences,ensuring smooth and efficient logistics,and coordinating construction and transportation organization,this paper proposed specific strategies for the modernization of railway transportation dispatching.These strategies included improving the intrinsic safety level of dispatching,enhancing the dispatching service support,strengthening centralized dispatching,and advancing informatization-driven innovation to empower dispatching.These efforts may better serve the development of a world-class railway enterprise and the advancement of Chinese-style modernization.关键词
