第三方物流参与下的双渠道供应链定价及协调策略研究
Research on Pricing and Coordination Strategy of Dual-Channel Supply Chain with Participation of Third-Party Logistics

Abstract
With the development of third-party logistics(TPL)and the continuous updating of the management concepts of manufacturing enterprises,the dual-channel supply chain with TPL participation comes into being.Taking the dual-channel supply chain with TPL participation as the research object,this paper constructed the market demand function jointly affected by the channel cross price and the service level of TPL,as well as the profit function of TPL,manufacturers,and retailers.The paper compared the decentralized decision-making model and centralized decision-making model and explored the cost-sharing contract coordination strategy of a dual-channel supply chain with TPL participation.The results show that the optimal profit of centralized decision-making is always higher than that of decentralized decision-making;improving the channel cross price sensitivity and service level sensitivity and reducing the cost per unit service level will help to improve the efficiency of the three-tier supply chain system;decentralized decision-making using the cost-sharing contract can improve the profit of the supply chain as a whole and coordinate the profit of members,which provides a reference for the research on pricing and coordination strategy of dual-channel supply chain with TPL participation.关键词
