Abstract
In order to promote the high-quality development of urban rail transit projects during the operation period,the concept of environmental,social,and governance(ESG)is introduced into the operation period of urban rail transit projects to carry out ESG evaluation.To this end,the paper interpreted the ESG connotation of urban rail transit projects during the operation period from a value-driven perspective combined with the requirements of responsible investment project feasibility studies.On the basis of systematically comparing the mainstream ESG rating systems in the world as well as considering the individualized characteristics of the operation period of urban rail transit projects,the paper constructed an ESG evaluation index system for urban rail transit projects during the operation period,which includes general and special indexes.This study also proposed a hybrid method in which the analytic network process(ANP)method is employed to determine the subjective weight,the entropy method to determine the objective weight,and the Lagrange multiplier method to determine the combined weight to construct an index weight system.With Nanjing Metro Line 3 as an example,the cloud model was used for application evaluation and analysis of its performance during the operation period.The results show that the comprehensive cloud parameters of Line 3 during the operation period are(79.077 6,3.555 7,0.556 9),and the evaluation result is"good",which is consistent with the actual performance of Line 3.The evaluation result verifies the rationality and feasibility of the constructed evaluation system and provides a basis for the ESG evaluation of urban rail transit projects during the operation period.关键词
