摘要

Abstract

Based on the theory of innovation value chain,this paper uses the network SBM-DEA model with undesired out-put to measure the green innovation efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2020,and adopts the Dagum Gini coefficient,kernel density estimation and convergence model to explore its regional differences,dynamic evolution and convergence character-istics.The results go as below:(1)The overall efficiency of green innovation in China is not high;the development of each stage is unbalanced.There is a phenomenon of"emphasizing R&D and neglecting transformation",and its spatial distribution presents a pattern of"eastern region>central region>western region>northeast region".(2)The overall differences,inter-regional differenc-es,intra-regional differences and super-variable density of China's green innovation efficiency all show a downward trend,and the inter-regional differences are the main sources of the overall differences.(3)Except for the eastern region,there is multi-polar differentiation of green innovation efficiency in the whole country,northeast region,central region and western region.(4)China's green innovation efficiency has convergence characteristics in the whole and the three stages,and there are significant differences in the impact of factors such as economic development level,financial support and industrial structure upgrading on the overall green innovation efficiency and the change rate of the three stages.
