单比特大规模MIMO系统的非相干分布源角度参数估计方法
Angular parameter estimation method for incoherently distributed sources in one-bit massive MIMO system

Abstract
To address the challenges of high cost and power consumption in massive MIMO systems and the perfor-mance degradation of point-source-based direction of arrival estimation methods in densely multipath scenarios,an angu-lar parameter estimation method for incoherently distributed sources in one-bit massive MIMO system was proposed.Firstly,the normalized unquantized covariance matrix was recovered using the arcsine law.Secondly,a nuclear norm minimization objective function was constructed to recovery the low-rank spatial spectrum matrix,thereby achieving ac-curate estimation of two-dimensional direction of arrival.Subsequently,the noise-free signal covariance matrix was re-constructed using the first-order Taylor expansion to achieve accurate angular spread estimation.Finally,the Cramér-Rao bound for one-bit incoherently distributed source angle parameter estimation was derived,providing a theoretical basis for performance analysis.Simulation results demonstrate that under conditions of a 10 dB signal-to-noise ratio,100 snap-shots,and 36 array elements,the proposed method achieves direction of arrival and angular spread estimation accuracies of 0.91° and 1.12° respectively,which represents a significant performance improvement over existing one-bit methods.Furthermore,the computational time is moderate,achieving a commendable balance between estimation accuracy and computational efficiency,thereby enhancing its potential for practical implementation in one-bit massive MIMO systems.关键词
