Progress in diagnosis and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)is a common respiratory disease in neonatal period,which is mostly seen in premature infants,with rapid progression and high mortality,posing a great threat to the health and life of children.Although some severe children survived after rescue,their lung function and nervous system were damaged,and their later growth and development were adversely affected.Therefore,it is very important for children with NRDS to achieve early prevention,timely and accurate diagnosis,and reasonable and effective treatment.In recent years,the application of prenatal adrenocortical hormone,the development of imaging technology,as well as the application of pulmonary surfactant replacement therapy and respiratory support have reduced the mortality of children with NRDS.Therefore,improving the further understanding of NRDS diagnosis and treatment is helpful to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of children with NRDS,and this article provides a review in this regard.关键词
