马大正教授辨治崩漏经验
Professor Ma Dazheng's experience in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis based on syndrome differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Professor Ma Dazheng has been in clinical practice for more than 40 years,and has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of uterine bleeding in long-term medical practice.Ma thinks that the pathogenesis of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is dysfunction of zang-fu viscera,disorder of qi and blood,thoroughfare and conception two vessels injury,menstrual blood loss,or stasis and stagnation of the thoroughfare and conception meridian,new blood can not return to the meridian,so the menstrual blood is not timely down.The treatment is mainly based on the principle that the insecurity of thoroughfare and conception channels cannot restrain menstrual bleeding.The emphasis is on strengthening thoroughfare and conception channels,complying with the physiological function of the uterus storage and dispersion,and the"Bu,Li,Gu,Tong"treatment has proven to be effective.关键词
