自拟化瘀汤联合宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Huayu Decoction combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 50 patients with endometrial polyp admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Taizhou Jiangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by coin tossing method,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hysteroscopy,the control group was treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and the observation group was treated with self-made Huayu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,endometrial thickness and menstrual volume in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huayu Decoction combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyp can reduce the risk of postoperative complications and recurrence,improve sex hormone levels and menstrual volume,and reduce endometrial thickness.关键词
