摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of vaginal microbiota in patients with high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with HPV infection admitted to the Youyi Hospital of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the type of HPV,they were divided into high-risk group and low-risk group, with 50 cases in each group. The types of microbial colonies, the distribution of bacterial phyla, vaginal infection, and the distribution of vaginal infection microorganisms were analyzed. Results The proportion of dominant bacteria of typesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,andⅤin high-risk group was lower than that in low-risk group, and the proportion of type Ⅳ was higher than that in low-risk group(P<0.05).The proportion of Firmicute in high-risk group was higher than that in low-risk group, and the proportion of Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes division,Phylum Tenericutes and Fusobacteria was lower than that in low-risk group(P<0.05).The vaginal infection rate of high-risk group(80.00%[40/50])was higher than that of low-risk group(50.00%[25/50])(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the infection rates of Mycoplasma,Bacteria,Fungi,Chlamydia trachomatis, and trichomonas in the vagina between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with high-risk HPV infection have few dominant vaginal bacteria, and the vaginal infection rate is higher, mainly Bacterial infection and Mycoplasma infection.关键词
