Abstract
Objective To analyze the etiology and epidemiological characteristics of hospitalized children with hand-foot-mouth disease in Changchun Children's Hospital from 2022 to 2023.Methods A total of 121 children diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease and hospitalized in Changchun Children's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,all of whom had received fecal virus nucleic acid and blood antibody detection.The etiology,gender,social attributes,age of onset and time of onset were counted.Results From 2022 to 2023,the total proportion of Coxsackievirus-A6,Coxsackievirus-A16(CV-A16)and universal enterovirus were 4%,6%and 90%,respectively.From 2022 to 2023,the majority of children with hand foot mouth disease were boys(59%),of whom 36%in 2022 and 62%in 2023.The incidence age group was mainly 1-<2 years old(25%),which accounted for 14%in 2022 and 26%in 2023.The onset time was mainly from July to September(93%),and the proportion was 86%in 2022 and 95%in 2023.Conclusion The pathogens of hand-foot-mouth disease from 2022 to 2023 are mainly universal enterovirus,followed by CV-A16.Boys and young children aged 1-<2 years old are susceptible,and the incidence is high in summer and autumn.Relevant departments can take targeted measures to reduce the risk of hand-foot-mouth disease infection based on the characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease.关键词
