Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with Azithromycin Granules in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin Granules,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Azithromycin Granules.The clinical efficacy,symptom resolution,serum inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 levels and white blood cell count after treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The remission time of cough,pulmonary rales,fever and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and Azithromycin Granules in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can reduce the inflammatory response of the body and promote the relief of symptoms.关键词
