Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Guben Jiangtang Recipe combined with Insulin Detemir in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and its influence on adipokines,inflammatory factors and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 98 patients with GDM admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(49 cases)by lottery method.The control group was treated with Insulin Detemir,while the observation group was treated with Guben Jiangtang Recipe on the basis of control group.The levels of blood glucose,adipokines,inflammatory factors and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the blood glucose levels in both groups were decreased after treatment,and the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,leptin and lactone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of adiponectin was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in total rate of adverse maternal and infant outcomes and cesarean section rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guben Jiangtang Recipe combined with Insulin Detemir can better regulate blood glucose and adipokine levels in patients with GDM,and alleviate inflammation.关键词
