Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic tubal pregnancy removal combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 patients with tubal pregnancy admitted to Renhuai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conservative drug treatment,while the observation group was given laparoscopic tubal pregnancy removal combined with Methotrexate.The clinical efficacy,serological indexes,fallopian tube patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the fallopian tube patency rate was 91.67%,and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was 54.17%,which were higher than those in the control group(81.25%,75.00%,and 29.17%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one week of treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,inhibin A and progesterone in the observation group were(198.71±10.52)mmol/L,(102.85±8.64)ng/L and(12.21±2.42)nmol/L,respectively,which were lower than those of control group([218.66±13.35]mmol/L,[119.45±9.43]ng/L,[16.60±3.75]nmol/L),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lapa-roscopic tubal pregnancy removal combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of tubal pregnancy has a good clinical effect,which can make the fallopian tube open,improve serological indicators,and increase the intrauterine pregnancy rate.关键词
