妊娠糖尿病患者产后血糖水平变化的影响因素

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of postpartum blood glucose level in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 400 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who delivered in Department of Obstetrics,Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)was performed at 2 months after delivery,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the OGTT results,namely normal blood glucose group(n=350)and abnormal blood glucose group(n=50).The general data of patients were collected,the blood glucose levels were measured and compared,and the risk factors of postpartum blood glucose abnormalities were analyzed by univariate and multifactorial analysis.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the abnormal blood glucose group were higher than those in the normal blood glucose group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in age,pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI),family history of diabetes and postpartum exercise between abnormal blood glucose group and normal blood glucose group(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that age,pre-pregnancy BMI and family history of diabetes were independent risk factors for postpartum blood glucose abnormalities in gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.05),while postpartum exercise was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum blood glucose abnormalities in gestational diabetes patients are associated with advanced pregnancy,elevated BMI before pregnancy and family history of diabetes.Appropriate postpartum exercise is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of blood glucose abnormalities.关键词
