Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of Erythromycin and Azithromycin in the sequential treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 112 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in the People's Hospital of Danyang from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group(n=56)received sequential treatment with Erythromycin, and the observation group(n=56)received sequential treatment with Azithromycin. The clinical efficacy, improvement time of clinical symptoms, inflammatory factor levels(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],and interleukin-6[IL-6]),immune function(immunoglobulin A[IgA],immunoglobulin G[IgG],and immunoglobulin M[IgM]),and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of high fever, cough, and expectoration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of sequential treatment of Azithromycin in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is definite, which can improve the symptoms of children, inflammation reactions, and immune reactions.关键词
