摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of children with influenza A virus pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with influenza A virus pneumonia admitted to Xintai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules,and the research group(40 cases)received Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,white blood cell(WBC)level,onset time,and complete time of fever reduction of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WBC level in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time and complete time of fever reduction in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of children with influenza A virus pneumonia is good,and can reduce WBC level,shorten the onset time and complete time of fever reduction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
