穴位按摩联合扶阳罐在小儿喘息性支气管炎护理中的应用效果
Application effect of acupoint massage combined with Fuyang pot in the nursing of children with asthmatic bronchitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of acupoint massage combined with Fuyang pot in the nursing of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 120 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into four groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given with routine nursing,on the basis of routine nursing,the observation group 1 was given acupoint massage,the observation group 2 was given Fuyang pot,and the observation group 3 was given acupoint massage combined with Fuyang pot.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the amount of expectoration,and the nursing satisfaction of parents were compared among the four groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group 3 was shorter than that in the control group,the observation group 1 and the observation group 2(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of amount of expectoration in the four groups decreased,and the score in the observation group 3 was lower than that in the control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2(P<0.05).The scores of nursing service attitude,nursing staff responsibility,nurse-patient communication and operation level in the observation group 3 were higher than those in the control group,the observation group 1 and the observation group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint massage combined with Fuyang pot in the nursing of children with asthmatic bronchitis has a good effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms such as cough and wheezing,and can also promote the discharge of sputum,and reduce the amount of expectoration,which is worthy of reference and promotion.关键词
