个性化心理护理在先兆早产孕妇保胎期间的应用
Application of personalized psychological care in pregnant women with threatened preterm birth during fetal protection

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized psychological care in pregnant women with threatened preterm birth during fetal protection.Methods A total of 160 pregnant women with threatened preterm birth who were treated in Foshan Sanshui District People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given personalized psychological care on the basis of the control group.The psychological state before and after nursing,delivery outcome,full-term delivery rate,postpartum hemorrhage,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate and full-term delivery rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized psychological care has a good application effect in threatened preterm birth pregnant women during fetal protection,which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of pregnant women,improve the delivery outcome,increase the full-term delivery rate,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
