Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized pain nursing intervention in children with appendicitis after operation.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,a total of 72 children with appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Orthopedic Pediatric Surgery Ward,Weihai Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups based on the random number table method.The control group(36 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(36 cases)received standardized pain nursing intervention.The pain score,postoperative recovery time,quality of life and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of observation group was lower than that of control group at 12 hours and 1,2 days after operation(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time,the first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed after operation and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized pain nursing intervention in children with appendicitis after operation can reduce postoperative pain,speed up postoperative rehabilitation,improve quality of life and compliance,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
