摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of composite insulation in operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy. Methods Fifty patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the observation objects. All the patients were divided into the control group and the study group using the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine heat preservation during operation, while the study group received composite insulation during operation. The core body temperature at different time points, anesthesia recovery and postoperative recovery, and incidence of adverse reactions during operation and anesthesia recovery were compared between the two groups. Results Before surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in core body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).At 30 minutes during surgery and immediately after surgery, the core body temperature of both groups showed a decrease compared with before surgery, but the core body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awakening time, postanesthesia care unit retention time, first time of postoperative anal exhaust, and first time of getting out of bed activity of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions during operation and anesthesia recovery in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of composite insulation in operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can help maintain the stability of the patients'core body temperature during and after surgery, promote anesthesia recovery and postoperative recovery, effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worth promoting.关键词
