Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of cluster nursing combined with high frequency oscillation sputum expulsion in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Linshu County People's Hospital from August 2023 to March 2024 were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received cluster nursing combined with high frequency oscillation sputum expulsion on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms,lung function indexes,sputum expulsion condition,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,and the scores for each dimension of pediatric quality of life inventory version 3.0 asthma module in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total amount of sputum expulsion at day 1,4,and 7 in the observation group was more than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing combined with high frequency oscillation sputum expulsion in children with bronchopneumonia can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,promote sputum expulsion,and improve lung function and quality of life.关键词
