Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of positional nursing on the labor,comfort,and maternal and infant outcomes of natural delivery parturients.Methods A total of 80 natural delivery parturients admitted to Jiangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Taizhou City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the traditional group(received traditional nursing)and the observation group(received positional nursing on the basis of the traditional group)based on different nursing modes,with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postpartum bleeding at 2,12,and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The scores for each dimension of general comfort questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positional nursing can improve comfort of natural delivery parturients,shorten the labor,effectively reduce postpartum bleeding and the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which has high value for promotion in clinical practice.关键词
