Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of prenatal psychological intervention combined with midwifery nursing in elderly pregnant women.Methods A total of 276 elderly pregnant women admitted to Jining Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were divided into study group(prenatal psychological intervention combined with midwifery nursing+routine delivery care)and control group(routine delivery care)by random number table method,with 138 cases in each group.The negative emotion score,labor,delivery mode,and incidence of postpartum complications and adverse fetal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the vaginal delivery rate was higher,the total incidence of postpartum complications and adverse fetal outcomes was lower in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal psychological intervention combined with midwifery nursing has significant value in improving the labor,negative emotions,and delivery mode of elderly pregnant women.关键词
