Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected.Patients were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Symptom recovery time,quality of life,psychological state,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain relief time of observation group was(6.94±1.34)d,and the recovery time of leukorrhea was(7.33±1.47)d,which were shorter than(9.74±3.00)d,(10.46±3.76)d of control group,respectively(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in scores of life quality and psychological state between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score([90.35±5.26]points)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group([81.34±4.83]points),and the anxiety score([34.78±3.12]points)and the depression score([31.09±3.35]points)were lower than those of the control group([45.89±4.08]points,[40.15±4.32]points)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 92.50%,higher than that of control group(72.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can provide faster relief of symptoms,improve quality of life and psychological state,and increase nursing satisfaction.关键词
