Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of three-tiered health education on the time of symptom resolution,level of knowledge,belief and practice,and nursing satisfaction of family members in children with pertussis.Methods A total of 60 children with pertussis admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University from January 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional infectious disease care,while the observation group received three-tiered health education on the basis of traditional infectious disease care.The time of symptom resolution and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing were calculated between two groups,the knowledge,belief,and practice scores of family members were measured,and the differences in the above observation indicators were compared.Results The symptom resolution time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing and knowledge,belief,and practice score among family members after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-tiered health education can promote the resolution of symptoms in children with pertussis,enhance the knowledge,belief and practice level of family members,and strengthen the nurse-patient relationship,which is worth promoting and applying.关键词
