Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)health education in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome based on information-motivation-behavioral skill(IMB)model.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Hanzhong Railway Central Hospital from September 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(40 cases)and a study group(40 cases)according to different intervention plans.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group received IKAP health education based on the IMB model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of disease knowledge mastery in the study group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,blood pressure in both groups decreased,and the decrease in the study group was more prominent compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IKAP health education based on the IMB model in the nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can help better control blood pressure and improve maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
