Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of systematic health education on compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)catheterization.Methods A total of 51 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization admitted to Beijing Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the control group(25 cases,received routine education)and the observation group(26 cases,received systematic health education).The compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of arm functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic health education in breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization can effectively improve their compliance of arm functional exercise and self-management ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
