Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence of pregnancy anxiety in second-child pregnant women and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 150 second-child pregnant women who were admitted to Cao County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey.The general information of pregnant women was collected,the degree of anxiety was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale,to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety in second-child pregnant women.Results Among the 150 patients,74.00%had no anxiety,26.00%had anxiety,including 17 cases of mild anxiety,14 cases of moderate anxiety,and 8 cases of severe anxiety.The results of univariate analysis showed that the age≥35 years,pregnancy complications,poor family relationship,expectation of fetal gender and adverse pregnancy history were related to anxiety of second-child pregnant women(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,pregnancy complications,family relationship,expectation of fetal gender,and adverse pregnancy history were the influencing factors of pregnancy anxiety in second-child pregnant women(P<0.05).Conclusion Second-child pregnant women have anxiety state,which is related to many factors such as age,pregnancy complications,family relationship,expectation of fetal gender,and adverse pregnancy history.It is necessary to provide targeted nursing intervention for second-child pregnant women with the above factors,so as to regulate the psychological state of second-child pregnant women.关键词
