农业上市公司高管的农业从业经历对企业绿色技术创新的影响研究
Research on the Influence of Senior Executives'Agricultural Experience on Green Technology Innovation in Agricultural Listed Companies

Abstract
Based on the perspective of imprinting theory,this paper took China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share agricultural listed enterprises from 2018 to 2022 as research samples,and empirically tested the im-pact of executives'agricultural experience on corporate green technology innovation.The results show that the agricultural experience of senior executives can effectively promote the green technology innovation of enterpri-ses,and the government innovation subsidy plays a positive moderating role.Due to the different property rights of enterprises,the agricultural experience of executives in non-state-owned enterprises is the core factor to promote the green technology innovation of enterprises,but it is not obvious in state-owned enterprises.It is proposed to strengthen the preferential tax policies and innovation subsidies of agricultural enterprises'green technology innovation,and formulate a reasonable selection and training mechanism for enterprise executives.关键词
