Abstract
The A-share listed new-energy vehicle enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022 were selected as the research samples,and the double difference model was used to explore the impact of double-integral policy on green innovation of new-energy vehicle enterprises.The results show that the dual integration policy can promote the quantity and quality of green innovation in new energy vehicle enterprises.Corporate social responsibility and environmental regulation play an obvious regulatory role in the process of dual-integral policy affecting green innovation of new energy vehicle enterprises;Heterogeneity analysis shows that the green innovation incentive effect of double integration policy is more significant in state-owned enter-prises and enterprises in low marketization level areas.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the incentive effect of double-integral policy on corporate green innovation,enhance the awareness of corporate social re-sponsibility information disclosure,rationally grasp the intensity of environmental regulations,and take precise policies to enhance the motivation of corporate green innovation.关键词
