基于政府数据开放的公众满意度影响因素研究
Research on Influencing Factors of Public Satisfaction Based on Government Data Opening

Abstract
Public satisfaction is the most direct indicator to measure the quality of government services and the public's sense of experience.This paper studied the factors affecting the public satisfaction of govern-ment data opening,enhanced the public's political participation,and put forward countermeasures and sugges-tions for further data opening.On the basis of existing research,this paper extended the influencing factors of public satisfaction,and analyzed its influence on public satisfaction of government data opening from the per-spectives of public perception quality,data quality,platform quality and the public.A public satisfaction model of government data openness was constructed,and the constructed model was empirically analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and structural equation modeling.The results show that:public perception quality,public data literacy and public expectation all positively affect public satisfaction,while government image has no ob-vious effect.Both platform quality and data quality positively affect public satisfaction through perceived quali-ty,and platform quality has a positive effect on data quality.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of government policies and regulations on data opening,improve data quality and enhance public data literacy.关键词
