Abstract
"Organizing"is the basic viewpoint of Marxist theory on party building.A strict organizational system and strong organizational strength are the important weapons of the Communist Party of China in achieving victory in revolution and construction.The Party's organizational construction and organizational strength are inseparable;the Party's organizational construction is the foundation and carrier of organizational capacity,while the Party's organizational capacity is the externalized embodiment of the Party's organizational construction.Standing on the new historical starting point,the goal and connotation of the party's organizational work have been transformed,and it is imperative to improve the organizational strength of grassroots CPC organizations,find innovative methods and optimize the path of the work of grassroots CPC organizations,and improve and enhance the organizational construction of the grassroots CPC organizations and the organizational capacity building,which is the key for CPC to unite the strengths of all parties in the new era,meet the opportunities and challenges of the times,and maintain its vitality forever.关键词
