Poetic Existence of "Holding a Candle" in Ancient Chinese Culture
摘要
Abstract
"Events",as one of the important categories in ancient Chinese poetics studies,focuses on dissecting poetry from a dynamic and narrative perspective."holding a candle",as one of the classic event images in ancient Chinese poetry,is widely present in China's cultural development over thousands of years,and has risen from a mere"event"to a unique aesthetic concept,reflecting the development process of the Huaxia nation from barbarism to civilization and witnessing the poetic experience of ancient poets from objects to emotions to issues concerning life.It has recorded the transcendent understanding of time and the meaning of individual life that ancient Chinese people,especially poets,had in the darkness,and contains rich philosophical thoughts and survival wisdom of the ancestors,playing an important poetic function.Spanning thousands of years of human development,it is still of great significance and reference value for modern people to poetically live on the earth today,even in the era of artificial intelligence.关键词
