Difference of Measuring Rolling Force between Force Gauge and Oil Pressure Sensor

在板材轧制过程中,测力计和油压传感器能同时获得轧制力数据,测力计直接测出轧制力,油压传感器根据油压压强计算出轧制力,由于测量原理不同,因而所得出的数值也不完全相同.本文阐述了测力计的使用注意事项和测量误差原因,从技术指标和现场使用效果两方面对比了两种测量方式的差异,得出了测力计和油压传感器的参数对照表.

In the plate rolling process,the force gauge and oil pressure sensor can ob-tain rolling force data at the same time,the force gauge directly measured rolling force,the oil pressure sensor calculated the rolling force based on the oil pressure.Due to the differ-ent measuring principle,the resulting values are not exactly the same.The paper describes the precautions for the use of the force gauge and the reasons for the measurement error,compares the differences between the two measurement methods from the technical indexes and the field use effect,and comes up with the parameter comparison table of the force gauge and the oil pressure sensor.
