Practice of High Precision Humidification System Control for Hot Dip Galvanizing Furnace Nose
锌渣缺陷主要由锌蒸气在炉鼻内壁凝结形成,影响产品质量,为此设计了一种用于抑制锌渣缺陷的高精度加湿系统,向炉鼻与锌锅接口处通入精确湿度的氮气,以生成ZnO薄膜,阻止锌被蒸发.该系统包括密闭容器、加热器、自动调节阀和PLC控制单元,可以实现对氮气湿度和流量的精确控制.实际应用显示,系统能有效维持ZnO膜的完整性,提高热镀锌板的表面质量.
Zinc slag defects are mainly formed by the condensation of zinc vapor on the inner wall of the furnace nose,which affects the quality of the product.For this reason,a high-precision humidification system for suppressing zinc slag defects has been designed,in which nitrogen with precise humidity is fed into the interface between the furnace nose and the zinc pot in order to create a thin film of ZnO that prevents the zinc from being evaporated.The system consists of a hermetic vessel,a heater,an automatic regulating valve and a PLC control unit,which enables precise control of the nitrogen humidity and flow rate.Practical application shows that the system can effectively maintain the integrity of the ZnO film and improve the surface quality of hot-dip galvanized sheets.
