应用空间测量技术完成产线设备回装的方法研究OA
Research on the Method of Applying Spatial Measurement Technology to Complete the Reassembly of Production Line Equipment
在大型产线设备永久性基准点不可用的情况下,设备回装定位精度难以满足要求.采用空间测量技术,通过设置设备定位特征点,并采集特征点数据,构建设备虚拟模型,完成设备回装的定位测量和偏差调整,可以使其达到安装精度要求.此方法实现了设备的有效回装,解决了采用传统方法进行设备回装的定位精度问题.
In the case of large production line equipment permanent datum is not available,it is difficult to meet the requirements of equipment reassembly positioning accuracy.The spatial mea-surement technology is used to complete the positioning measurement and deviation adjustment of the equipment reassembly by setting the equipment positioning feature points and collecting the data of the feature points to construct the virtual model of the equipment,which can meet the require-ments of installation accuracy.This method realizes the effective reassembly of the equipment and solves the problem of positioning accuracy of the equipment reassembly in the traditional method.
