Abstract
The abnormal fluctuation of liquid level in the crystallizer of billet continuous cast-ing machine is frequent,which seriously restricts the research and development of variety steel.Af-ter a long period of on-site production tracking and analysis of liquid level trend,the abnormal fluc-tuation of liquid level is analyzed based on the principle of liquid level control,so as to find out the factors that cause fluctuation of liquid level of steel in the crystallizer,and targeted enhancement and optimization of equipment performance and processes are put forward.关键词
