Abstract
The accident water system is a vital part of the whole steelmaking water treatment system,which mainly includes accident water tower,accident diesel engine pump,accident valve group and so on,the whole system is an important guarantee for safe production.Combined with two steelmaking project examples,the advantages and disadvantages of each example is analyzed,and the optimization of the design scheme is discussed based on the accident water quality,accident pumps and valves as well as the flow distribution and other aspects of the accident water system.The following design was utilized in the optimized design scheme.Soft water and clean circulation acci-dent water are supplied separately.Diesel pumps are independently set up.The accident water outlet pipe adopts pneumatic valves,which have a short response time and fast opening speed with a low failure rate.The accident water outlet pipeline uses a signal valve to replace the ordinary manual valve,which can see the opening status of the valve,avoiding the accidental water supply due to misoperation resulting in valve closure.The accident water outlet pipeline is reasonably designed with a throttling orifice plate to regulate the amount of accidentwater in each system.关键词
