事故水系统是整个炼钢水处理系统中至关重要的一部分,主要包括事故水塔、事故柴油机泵、事故阀组等,是安全生产的重要保障.结合两个炼钢工程实例,分析各自的优缺点,并结合现场实际运行情况,从事故水水质、事故泵组和阀组以及流量分配等方面探讨事故水系统的优化设计方案.优化设计方案中软水和净环事故水分水质供给;软水和净环事故柴油机泵独立设置,互不干扰;事故水出水管道采用气动阀,响应时间短、开启速度快、故障率低;事故水出水管道采用信号阀替代普通手动阀,可以看到阀门的开启状态,避免因误操作导致阀门关闭,影响事故水的供应;事故水出水管道合理设计节流孔板来调节每个系统事故水的水量.

The accident water system is a vital part of the whole steelmaking water treatment system,which mainly includes accident water tower,accident diesel engine pump,accident valve group and so on,the whole system is an important guarantee for safe production.Combined with two steelmaking project examples,the advantages and disadvantages of each example is analyzed,and the optimization of the design scheme is discussed based on the accident water quality,accident pumps and valves as well as the flow distribution and other aspects of the accident water system.The following design was utilized in the optimized design scheme.Soft water and clean circulation acci-dent water are supplied separately.Diesel pumps are independently set up.The accident water outlet pipe adopts pneumatic valves,which have a short response time and fast opening speed with a low failure rate.The accident water outlet pipeline uses a signal valve to replace the ordinary manual valve,which can see the opening status of the valve,avoiding the accidental water supply due to misoperation resulting in valve closure.The accident water outlet pipeline is reasonably designed with a throttling orifice plate to regulate the amount of accidentwater in each system.
