Influence of Working Medium of Gas Piston Pressure Gauge on Quantity Transfer
马钢压力实验室使用空气作为气体活塞式压力计的工作介质,对在用的气体活塞式压力计进行现状调查,发现活塞筒和活塞连杆之间有细微的杂质,影响压力计的正常使用和量值溯源.在此背景下,提出用纯净的氮气代替空气作为气体活塞式压力计的工作介质,并通过试验来观察使用氮气作为介质对活塞压力计量值传递工作的影响.
Masteel Pressure Laboratory adopts air as the working medium of the gas piston pressure vacuum gauge.The status survey of the gas piston pressure vacuum gauge in use reveals that there are fine impurities between the piston cylinder and piston connecting rod,which affect the normal use of the gauge and the traceability of the measurement value.In this context,it is proposed to use pure nitrogen instead of air as the working medium of the gas piston pressure vacuum gauge,and the effect of using nitrogen as the medium on the work of the piston pressure gauge's value trans-fer is observed through experiments.
