在自动化控制过程中,常用伺服电机和步进电机作为定位控制的执行器件.伺服电机控制系统具有闭环反馈数值运算等功能,其控制精度高,但线路复杂成本高.步进电机是开环控制器件,具有线路简单、控制稳定、成本低等优点,但步进电机因步距角的限制和丢步等原因造成定位精度不高.本文对导致步进电机定位误差的原因进行分析,并给出提高步进电机定位精度的具体方法.

Servo motors and stepper motors are commonly used as actuators for posi-tioning control in automation control processes.Servo motor control system has closed-loop feedback numerical operation and other functions with high control accuracy,but the wiring is complicated and costly.Stepper motor is an open-loop control device which has simple wiring,stable control,low cost and other advantages,but due to the limitations of the step angle and the loss of the step and other reasons,the stepper motor has relatively low posi-tioning accuracy.The causes of stepper motor positioning errors are analyzed,and specific methods to improve the positioning accuracy of stepper motors are given.
