为满足电解铝企业内部电力调度及与电网友好互动的需求,立足企业实时监控、调度计划、调度管理、运行方式、交易结算等方面的现状,对电网与企业之间的调度方式及边界条件进行分析,设计了一种源网荷一体化调度系统方案,并对其关键技术进行研究,完成了核心功能的开发和集成.该方案已成功应用于现场,有效提高了新能源消纳和调度效率.

In order to meet the demand for internal power dispatching and friendly in-teraction with power grid in electrolytic aluminum enterprises,based on the current situation of real-time monitoring,dispatching plan,dispatching management,operation mode,transac-tion settlement and other aspects of the enterprises,the dispatching mode and boundary con-ditions between the power grid and the enterprises is analyzed,a scheme of source-network-load integrated dispatching system,is designed,and its key technologies are researched,so as to complete the development and integration of the core functions.The program has been successfully applied in the field,effectively improving the efficiency of new energy consump-tion and dispatching.
