Optimization of RB Control Strategy for Feed Pump Fault of Subcritical Unit
RUNBACK(简称RB)是火电机组在协调工况下辅机设备发生故障时通过自动控制快速减负荷的功能.分析某300 MW级亚临界汽包炉给水泵发生故障后的RB调节失败过程,从锅炉汽水侧与燃烧侧两方面分析计算,对给水泵发生故障后的RB调节控制策略进行优化,并验证其可行性.
RUNBACK(RB for short)is a function of rapid load shedding by automatic control when auxiliary equipment fails under coordinated operating conditions in thermal power units.The paper analyzed the RB regulation failure process after the failure of the feed pump of a 300 MW subcritical drum boiler and calculated from both boiler steam side and combustion side to optimize the RB regulation control strategy after the failure of the feed pump and to verify its feasibility.
