Abstract

A company's 300 MW unit is designed as a coal-gas co-firing unit,and the boiler's exhaust temperature fluctuates greatly due to changes in the fuel ratio,resulting in different degrees of deformation of the air pre-preheater rotor,and the sealing gap is dif-ficult to control.In order to solve the problems of reduced boiler efficiency and poor economy caused by the long-term air leakage rate exceeding the standard of the air pre-heater,an automatic control system for the sealing gap is proposed.After the sealing modifi-cation,the air preheater air leakage rate of the two units was reduced from 14%to less than 7%,which meets the design requirements.Compared with the existing sealing transfor-mation technology,it has obvious advantages in sealing effect,automatic adjustment and con-trol,safety and reliability.
