摘要

Abstract

Compressed air is an important power source that is widely used because it is safe,easy to regulate and convenient to deliver.With the improvement of compressed air quality requirements of various industries,the problems of traditional waste heat dryers with high energy consumption,high resistance loss,low efficiency,dew point does not meet the standard and other problems are becoming more and more prominent,and different forms of zero air consumption dryer came into being,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.Comparative analysis of the working principle,process and energy consumption char-acteristics of the zero air consumption dryer with external heating,zero air consumption dryer with compression heating and zero air consumption dryer with rotating drum is carried out,so as to provide reference bases for the selection of dryer equipment for various enter-prises.
