Abstract
People's supremacy is a firm stand throughout XI Jinping's cultural and ideological system,which is reflected in the innovation of ideological viewpoints and theoretical methods.This theoretical position is not only the value logic generation derived from history and practice,but also the fundamental practical direction to lead the construction of a cultural power and promote the cohesion of the people's hearts and minds in the process of deepening reform in an all－round way.Taking the people as the center is the fundamental political stand of the China Communist party,which is determined by the nature and purpose of the Party.In the extraordinary course of more than one hundred years of unity and struggle under the leadership of the Party and the people,the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China has been constructed with the great spirit of building the Party as the source,shaping and inspiring the spiritual character and high－spirited fighting spirit of the Party members.Sticking to the fundamental value orientation of people's supremacy,we must continue the spiritual blood of the China Communists in the ideological and cultural construction.In the construction of a powerful cultural country,we should highlight the people's dominant position,always adhere to the principle that cultural construction focuses on people and rests on people.In the prosperity and development of socialist culture with China characteristics in the new era,we should promote the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation and constantly strengthen the spiritual strength of the people's subject.Insisting on the supremacy of the people,respecting the people's dominant position and giving full play to the people's main role,it is necessary to continuously stimulate the spiritual vitality and creativity of the people,organically unify the satisfaction of the people's cultural needs with the enhancement of the people's spiritual strength,and make the people become the driving force source of cultural development.Under the strong leadership of the Party,adhering to the people－centered reform and grasping the most direct and realistic interests of the people to promote reform in key areas are not only valuable experiences gained in the great revolution of reform and opening up,but also popular aspirations and forces to carry forward the great spirit of reform and opening up and further deepen reform in an all－round way closely around promoting China modernization.关键词
