Abstract
Scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation accelerate evolution,and scientific and technological competition has increasingly become the main battlefield of competition among countries,posing new challenges to many countries.If countries that are backward in science and technology want to go hand in hand with modern countries,they must first take the road of technological catchup.Due to the different factor endowments of countries and the different technological catch－up strategies adopted,the final outcomes are also very different.If we only accept the technology diffusion of developed countries,we can only achieve efficiency convergence,not technology convergence,and cannot really catch up with developed countries.China must follow a development path of striving to surpass in technological catch－ up,focus on the frontier direction and emerging fields of scientific and technological development in an unconventional way,strive to master a number of emerging cutting－edge technologies and disruptive technologies,and build asymmetric competitive advantages in a new round of scientific and technological revolution,so as to form an unavoidable equilibrium situation of big country scientific and technological game.关键词
