脱胶缺陷尺寸对塑料内胆纤维缠绕气瓶传热影响及显著性分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Influence and significance analysis of degumming defect size on heat transfer of plastic liner fiber wound gas cylinder
针对热激励条件下含脱胶缺陷塑料内胆纤维缠绕气瓶的传热问题,采用数值模拟和红外检测试验方法,研究缠绕层中不同尺寸的脱胶缺陷对气瓶传热的影响规律,并通过正交试验方法对脱胶缺陷尺寸参数进行显著性分析.研究结果表明,脱胶缺陷尺寸参数对气瓶外表面最大温差的影响顺序为缺陷长度﹥缺陷深度﹥缺陷自身高度;脱胶缺陷长度的F值为5 521.5,远大于缺陷自身高度的F值9.3和缺陷深度的F值11.9.研究结果可为后续塑料内胆纤维缠绕气瓶脱胶缺陷红外检测的定量研究提供参考.
In order to solve the heat transfer problem of wound gas cylinder with degumming defect plastic inner liner fiber under thermal excitation,numerical simulation and infrared detection test methods were used to study the effect of different sizes of degumming defect in wound layer on the heat transfer of gas cylinder,and the significance of size parameters of degumming defect was analyzed by significance analysis.The results show that the order of the delamination defect size parameter on the maximum temperature difference of the outer surface of the gas cylinder is the length of the defect﹥the depth of the defect﹥the height of the defect itself.The F value of the degumming defect length is 5 521.5,which is far greater than the 9.3 of the height of the defect and 11.9 of the defect depth.The results can provide reference for the quantitative study of infrared detection of degumming defect in plastic inner liner fiber wound gas cylinders.
