摘要

Abstract

Aiming at circular defect of steam generator after hydraulic expanding in the manufacturing stage of a certain project,the shape and size of defect joints were analyzed.Process test was conducted,and the results show that the mechanical connection strength of defect joints were exceed 10 700 N;velocity of permeability in tube to tubesheet gap was 35.8 mm/min at 5 MPa;tube was bonding to tubesheet well at defct area;and risk of cracks due to residual stress after NC30Fe tube expanding was less than austenitic steel pipe at the same condition.Performance of defect joints all meet RCC-M 2007 rule and design specification.Reliability of expanding joint with circular defect was verified,and the research results provide a reference for familiar non-conformance disposal.
